Delivery covers ACT — including Belconnen, Gungahlin, Tuggeranong, Woden — and extends Australia-wide. Every order is made up fresh and processed within 3–5 business days; for Canberra metro addresses, Australia Post delivery is then typically 2–5 business days, and 5–8 for regional addresses.
Dispatch
Orders are received online at any hour and dispatched on business days. A tracking link is issued by email at the point of dispatch.
Costs and tracking
The available delivery options and their costs are itemised at checkout. Should tracking remain unchanged beyond 3 business days, notify enquiries@cbdoilcanberra.com with the order number and a trace will be lodged with the courier.
Wrong address?
Where an error in the delivery address is identified immediately after ordering, notify enquiries@cbdoilcanberra.com without delay. After dispatch the destination can no longer be amended.
